Earl Thomas, who has 34 years of experience in the environmental waste management and safety and health fields, retired from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2006 as a Permits and Regulatory Affairs Analyst.
Earl currently serves as a consultant and instructor for SCM and facilitates a range of courses, such as advanced hazardous waste, DOT, IATA, IMDG, SPCC/APSA, and Hazwoper.
He is well-known by State and local regulators and has been a featured speaker at three Certified Unified Program Agency conferences. Earl has also authored a 298-page technical juxtapose comparing Federal hazardous waste laws and regulations to those used in California.
