This exercise should help you to select the right health and safety training for you. Please note that regulations may vary from state to state; you should confirm your training requirements with your appropriate state agency. You will be presented with a series of situations; you will need to make decisions on which sentences best describe your job. Each choice you make will guide you to a page recommending the course(s) you should take, along with a link to the matching course description page at Hazmat School.com. Every business is required by law to have at a minimum an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and a Fire Prevention Plan per 20 CFR 1910.38. Additionally a written safety program is required in accordance with the Federal OSHA General Duty Clause, and training for employees on each of these plans. Other than these basic trainings, use the free guides below to assess your needs. For assistance with the above plans or training contact us at (800) 974-1419.
