How to Enable Java and Javascript in Your Internet Explorer Browser
These instructions are provided
to help you enable java and javascript in your IE 4x+ browser.
This will allow you to receive maximum benefit from the supporting
material provided as part of your Hazmat
School course.
In your Internet Explorer browser
select Tools and then Internet Options as shown by
the yellow arrows in the illustration below.
In the Internet Options screen click
on Security, then on Internet and Custom Level
as shown by the yellow arrows in the illustration below.
In the Security Settings screen,
select Reset to Medium and click Reset. This will
enable active scripting and scripting of java applets as shown
by the yellow arrows. Following those clicks, please click once
on OK to finish with this screen.
Back in the Internet Options screen, click
on the Advanced tab and click two check marks under the
Java VM as shown by the yellow arrows below. Then click
on OK to finish.
