You will need a computer with Internet access, an email account, and Netscape 4.x or 6.2, or IE 4.x+ browser with java and javascript enabled; a printer is optional. If you wish to receive your certificate via email, you will also need the free Acrobat Reader plugin to print out your certificate. Get your plugin here.
